By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

By purchasing my art, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or NFTs.

The client is permitted to display and use the commissioned image for personal/non-commercial purposes only.

I am allowed to decline any requests, this depends on my schedule or if I don't think I can deliver your request well enough.

Prices and Policies are subject to change
Payments

All commission must be paid 100% upfront before work begin. Pricing may vary based on the complexity.

Payment can be made via PayPal

If you selected Paypal as your payment method, there may be PayPal transaction fees incurred.

Once the payment is made, I will start the sketching process.

By purchasing my services you are receiving a "Digital Artwork"
DEADLINES

I reserve the right to take up to 1 week to deliver the first sketch once full payment is made.

I reserve the right to take up to 1 month to deliver the final commission unless discussed upon.

A request for a deadline can be made and might include extra charges depending on the nature of the deadline.

If there are any delays I will inform you accordingly.

Client can contact the artist via e-mail or social media in order to ask about a WIP.
REFUNDS

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback. 100% can be refunded only if I have not started working on your commission yet.
COPYRIGHT AND COMERCIAL USAGE

I retain the rights to post my work on my social media and for self-promotion reasons.

I retain the rights to stream my artistic process on Twitch.tv unless a private request is made.

I retain the rights to have my watermark on my works.

In case of an adoptable design, ownership is transferred to the client.

You may NOT trace, change or modify my works.

You may NOT claim my work as your own.

If you wish to order a commission for commercial use they are usually between 150% and 400% higher than the base price.
